Colleen is a certified executive coach, advisor, workshop designer/facilitator, mentor, author and project leader focusing on innovation, strategy and resilience. She has over 35 years of teaching, leadership, regulation and executive management experience in richly diverse communities across the UK and globally.
She is an accomplished champion of universal and targeted support systems. Over the past 3 decades she has designed and delivered business and operational support, workshops on regulation and development programmes in London, Germany and South Korea.
In the process – and independently she has mentored numerous aspiring leaders and provided executive coaching services to experienced leaders in the private, voluntary and public sectors.
She works extensively with individuals, corporates and public bodies, Her work is now evolving to include coaching collaboration with psychology services with a step-up or step-down model.
